Mrs. Abernethy's class learned about the 50 states. They did a project on them, using a program Glogster. They practiced learning the states and capitals by playing games, singing songs, and doing fun papers. Their favorite song is called 50 States in Rhyme. It names all of the states alphabetically. One of the games they play is on the Smart Board. You have to drag the state to the right place on the map. There's another one where you have to click on the right place on the map.
